(This machine is suitable for sanding straight workpieces with shapes.angles angles and straight edges.)

Features:

• The 1st cutter spindle make with jump head, and the turning direction is as counter clockwise rotation.

• The 2nd cutter spindle make with fix head, and the turning direction is as clockwise rotation.

• The cutter head can be adjusted forward/backward and up/down.

• Workpiece is feed with conveyor.

• Auxiliary roller may be extended up to 3 feet wide for large work support.

• The unit can be equipped with brush wheel for through cleaning of burrs after sanding.

• Precision sensor control prevents the sanding from cornering in the front and rear sections.

• Adopted is the automatic speed regulator to counter balance sanding tension; sanding pressure is controlled by air pressure valve to stabilize uneven sanding surface.

• Adopted is the automatic length tracking for high precision processing, free from adjustment under speed change, (far superior than the conventional timer that should be adjusted to speed change.)
